O2 ACTIVE Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your O2 ACTIVE purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help and make your exchange quick and easy.
Eligibility for Exchanges and Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of item received to exchange or return your item
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Once we receive your item and inspect, you’ll be notified.
- Your exchange item will be shipped within 3-5 business days, and we’ll send you tracking information.
- All shipping fees will be borne by customers, including the shipping fee to send exchanged items back to customers.
- While we do not accept returns and refund, you still can exchange your products.

Prepare your item:
Place the item back in its original packaging (or another secure package), making sure the tags are still attached. -

Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will arrange for a free return or exchange.
